Step with right leg punch Kia, Rapid block reverse punch (all in f-stance)
Shift stance change direction from b-stance step punch to f-stance
Rapid block shift inward to your right
Sidekick hook, round wo/ touching the ground
Shift b-stance to the left sidekick hook round. Land Kia.
Turn to front in frontstance l-block jump knee land right leg in front
Double punch down. Right then left Kia
Step Left leg to back in Front stance, low-block,
Grab and jump knee with left leg land left leg forward
Double punch down right left kia.
Inverted double block, backstance high block left reverse punch right.
Sweep with right leg to kneeling position,
X block on knees, to X double knifehand high
Stand front kick with left leg land forward.
Face other direction
Inverted double block High block with left right reverse punch
Sweep with left leg, kneeling

Front kick with right leg land in front
Pause look over shoulder,
Jump around 540* with left leg
